Cancellation Policy
A £40 booking fee is required to secure your appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day.
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you give less than 48 hours’ notice, the booking fee will be non-refundable.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the treatment cost.
We understand that unexpected situations can arise, but to be fair to all clients and our team, we kindly ask for as much notice as possible.
